What counts as a "brand"?

Any product, project, or business you actively operate under its own identity — Inflecto, Sendinel, and Cyber Wingman would each count as one brand. The Free plan includes 1. Pro and above are unlimited.

What is BYOK?

Bring Your Own Key. You connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini API credentials directly to Synchronex. They're stored AES-256-GCM encrypted and never returned in plaintext. The Free and BYOK plans run on your keys. Pro includes Synchronex-managed AI so you never need to supply keys.

BYOK vs. Pro — which should I choose?

Both give you all 20 AI workers and the CEO agent — the difference is who pays for the AI calls, not how much you get. BYOK ($29/mo) routes generation through your own OpenAI or Anthropic account — you pay those API bills directly, which is usually cheaper if you use AI heavily and are comfortable managing keys. Pro ($49/mo) includes Synchronex-managed AI: no separate API account, no keys, just plug in and go. Pro also bumps your Sendinel email quota to 10K sends/mo vs. 5K on BYOK.

What is Sendinel, and why is it bundled?

Sendinel is the email and social delivery layer for the Synchronex portfolio. When your Marketing worker drafts a campaign and your CEO agent approves it, Sendinel fires it across email, LinkedIn, and social — no manual export. Pro includes 10,000 email sends/mo on Synchronex's infrastructure, BYOK includes 5,000.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan requires no payment method. You only need to add a card when upgrading to Pro or Team.

What happens when I hit the Free plan limit?

You stay on Free and keep everything you have. Adding a fourth worker or a second brand requires upgrading to Pro. We never delete your data or lock you out.

How does the annual plan work?

Annual billing is charged upfront for the year. Pro annual is billed $468/yr — two months free vs. monthly ($39/mo equivalent). Team annual is $35/seat/mo (billed $420/seat/yr). You can switch to annual at any time; the difference is prorated.

How does Team per-seat pricing work?

Each person on your team is one seat. Team starts at 2 seats minimum at $40/seat/mo (or $420/seat/yr annually). You can add seats at any time and billing prorates automatically. Each seat includes its own 10,000 email sends/mo via Sendinel.

Can I downgrade from Pro back to Free?

Yes. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Workers and brands beyond the Free limits become read-only. No data is deleted.
